7th Assignment - Learning Journey: Charlie and the Chocolate FactoryAt first, when i heard that the Sec 2s will be going to see Charlie & the Chocolate Factory, i was not exactly thrilled as i'm not actually a fan of the book or the movie. Even more, i heard bad reviews of the movie from one of my classmates saying that it was boring & not worth watching. I guess i would not know if i did not see it for myself, so i went for it.
Personally, i don't think it's that boring after all. The movie was quite interesting & it sure was entertaining to see. I've never seen so much chocolate in my life!
The 5 children has personalities which, were quite unique to me but my favourite character is Charlie, he was far different from all the children and to me, the most normal one. The actors who portray the characters were quite good actually. They make the characters come to life.
I've never read the book before so i cannot the tell whether it's similar or not, but i bet it is similar in different ways. I don't think the movie should really be the same as the book because you cannot make it exactly the same. It's kind of impossible.
