6th Assignment - "Give me three macho claps!"
I was not exactly looking forward to the camp as to me, it felt like it came too fast. Even before that, we had tests & after that we will have the final exams about several days later. So I guess that is why I was not looking forward to it. When it came, I thought it would be torture as I’m not exactly an outdoor person and also, I’m kind of afraid of heights. Since it’s a camp and not a resort or anything like that, I guess I would just have to adapt to the environment.
The place was quite nice actually, not what I expected though but better. The activities were really enjoyable especially the camp fire..’ooo yeah, yippee yippee yeah’. I like that phrase, it has a rhythm to it. The unfortunate thing about the camp is that, I did not get to ride the Zip Line which in fact, I would love to ride on. Instead, I tried Abseiling. It was terrifying especially when you have to sit on nothing well, you have to sit on air actually. When I reached the bottom, I felt the feeling of accomplishment. It was a really good feeling especially to a person who is afraid of heights.
